If I were the teacher

If I were a teacher, I will teach the students a wealth of knowledge according to the experience from myself, and I won't leave homework for the students every day. But it doesn't mean that there is no homework for them to do, maybe there will be a little report in the whole semester, but it won't cause complications to students.  Compared with giving the students homework, I prefer students to take the initiative to learn, because they may be bored with learning the courses which are full of pressure. I may add additionally points at the final score to encourage students who are really eager to learn more than others. Because I think that those who are forced to do lots of reports or homework wouldn't feel happy in the learning process.  Learning in such a  high-pressure environment, I believe they will not be interested in this subject.



This is my heartfelt words. If I am a teacher, I must let students live the happiest life, and they are all become mature adults. In my opinion, we should let them have independent thinking for themselves. No matter the which way the students choose to face toward their lives, I will be the one who support them all the time whenever they have any questions or in the process of facing difficulties. I'll be asked just like their friend and give some sincere suggestion to them.
Of course, if I am a teacher, I will hope that my students can learn in a relax conditions and be happy.
